How do I book?

You can book using on online booking system. Just click the book now button. However, if you are booking for a group, your best option is to call or email us.

How many people can you accomodate?

We can accomodate a maximum of 6 people if you are all having treatments as well. If you are wanting to use our hot tub and relaxation area with some or no treatments, we can accomodate more. Please get in touch via email

Do you treat men?
Yes absolutely. The only service we don’t offer for men is intimate waxing.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have free parking directly outside the spa. The whole site has free parking. Security will point you in the direction. Please make sure you tell them you are coming to Mischicks Day Spa and they will point you in the right direction. 

Once you have come through the gate, follow one way system all the way round, past the aqua park and towards the zip wire and you will see us.

Can I use my voucher to book online?

At the moment you have to get in contact with us to book using your voucher online, however it is something we are working on.

Will there be other people in the hot tub?

No, all sessions in our hot tub and relaxation area is completely exclusive use for you and your group.

What is the difference between the Spa and the Wellness Centre?

Here at the spa we offer treatments as well as luxury afternoon tea, relaxation area and exclusive use of these areas. The wellness centre is a group session run by St Andrews Lakes. We are a seperate business to them.

Can we use St Andrews Lakes vouchers at the Spa?

Unfortunately not, we are a seperate business.

Can we have treatments at the same time?

Yes we can do treatments at the same time. They will be in seperate rooms but at the same time. For 2 people you can book this online, however please get in touch as we can sometimes have more availability than what the booking system shows. For larger groups, please get in touch.

What does the afternoon tea include and can you cater for allergies?

Our afternoon tea is supplied by Krazy Grazy Events It consits on a selection of cakes and sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, sausage roll and strawberries. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements and we can relay all information to our supplier.

Complimentary tea, coffee and water is provided with all of our spa packages.
